Basketball weekends

It March which means basketball every weekend! Two of the last three weekends, Brent & I have been able to go watch are beloved Hawks in action.  We had planned on taking Collin with us to the OU/KU game in Norman.  He was more excited than we thought.  When asked what he was going to do that Saturday, he said, "KU Bas-ket-ball!"  Then we had to break it to him that he didn't get to go. Why did he not get to go? Because we found out our seats were court side.  Court side, feet on the court, could have been taken out by a player at anytime seats.  I am sure Collin would have been out on the court with the players resulting in a "T" and immediate ejection from the game. We were able to reclaim our spot as the coolest parents by taking Collin to two games in Kansas City for Big 12 Tournament. He loved it.  He really got into the championship game.  As soon as he saw Baby Jay, he said, "KU Bas-ket-ball!"  He cheered and clapped to the songs. He even high-fived the people behind us.  True KU fan.  Here are a few pics from that weekend.
